Chris and Craig, writers of New X-Men and slayers of the
Paragons, in an
interview by Newsarama, acknowledged that Rahne does not belong
in X-Force, but is on the team for very personal reasons which have
to do with the team's second mission.
Mystique? Reverend Craig? Or what? And the bigger question for us I guess is, where will she go after X-Force?

If you haven't heard, Rahne is going to have a big role in the upcoming
Messiah Complex crossover. Also she is slated to be in an upcoming
relaunch of X-Force which fans are affectionately calling Claw Force.
But I think Rahne and Rictor getting busy is still the big news.

New Minigame

Those who remember the Demon Bear Saga from New Mutants #20 (1984) might
enjoy Badlands, a
minigame that lets you control the muties in an interface ripped straight
out of Sienkiewicz's distinctive artwork, splotches and all. It had
a very short development time, so please contact
Rahnefan with feedback so I can work out the quirks.

conservative.
RahneFan: Man, I'm begging you...pleading with you...please don't make her the mutant example of all that is wrong and evil on that side.
Please, please, please.
PAD: You absolutely need not worry. To Rahne, religion is that from which she draws comfort and security and has a fundamental sense of morality. She doesn't use it to bludgeon people over the head...unless, y'know, they're about to jump off a building, but she was trying to save both a life and a soul under extreme duress, so it was understandable.
Check out issue #6--in particular a conversation she has with Layla--to see the way I'm handling it. In any event, worry not. I have no intention of using her faith to make her a punching bag. It would be cheap and easy and frankly kind of insulting.

This screen capture
was taken from the Trivia game inside X-Men Legends 2. Arguably it's
not a misspelling, as it is not the correct answer for the question.
On an unrelated note, RahneFan needs testers for an unofficial
and unauthorized Flash game starring Wolfsbane. If
you know the difference between pre-alpha and beta, and would like to
test the pre-alpha, contact RahneFan.

"Rahne is my favorite character to draw so far. I like that she has the short hair again. I tried different looks but the buzz is just the way I remember her so fondly. And I think this title ends up being kind of a new start for her so a character with such strong convictions would cut her hair as a symbol of a new start or returning to her roots!:) The partial transformation on the cover was an idea that I had that I thought was just a striking image for the cover. But once I suggested it a seed was planted that may eventually break new ground for her powers in the title."
