Checklist Omissions?

Recently this list of "omissions" was sent to me. Reportedly it includes "all appearances including flashbacks, mind images, photographs, cameos, etc." but I would have sworn that Rahne is not in NM 31, 42, or Annual 7, so beware: the omissions are unconfirmed by rahne-sinclair.com.
